01 / DELIVERY
Delivery, clearly priced.
Standard South African delivery is R99 on a one-time order. It is included with every monthly subscription and every renewal. Your complete total is shown before payment.
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated arrival is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Allow 5–7 business days after dispatch for remote areas. Your dispatch email includes a courier tracking link.
02 / FIRST-ORDER PROMISE
30-day first-order promise.
Try your first Daily Pair for 30 days. If it is not for you, request a refund of the Pair’s product price within 30 days of delivery, even if you have opened the bottles.
The promise covers one Pair on a customer’s first order and one claim per customer and household. Additional Pairs and subscription renewals are not covered. One-time delivery charges are excluded.
Use the customer-care details in your order confirmation. Include your order number and a brief reason. We may request a photograph of the bottles and batch numbers. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
03 / SUBSCRIPTIONS
No lock-in.
The Daily Pair is R899 every month, Longevity is R599 every month and Mobility is R399 every month. Standard South African delivery is included with every subscription. The Daily Pair remains the best-value complete routine.
Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Skip, pause or cancel before the next renewal. There is no minimum number of renewals.
Prefer to buy once? The Daily Pair is R949 plus R99 delivery. No account is required for a one-time order.
04 / THE DAILY ROUTINE
Three capsules. One meal.
Take two Longevity capsules and one Mobility capsule daily with a meal. Each bottle gives you 30 days at that serving. Follow the directions on the product labels.
Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, preparing for surgery or managing a medical condition.
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
