What we collect

This includes your name, contact details, delivery address, order and subscription information. The shopping bag may be stored in your browser so your selection remains available while you browse.

Payments and delivery

Checkout and payment are handled securely through Shopify and its payment services. Rob’s Choice does not receive your full card details. Delivery details are shared with the courier responsible for your order.

Messages and marketing

Order confirmations, dispatch updates and subscription notices are service messages. Marketing messages are sent only when you choose to receive them, and every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information where applicable. Use the customer-care details in your order confirmation so we can verify and respond to your request.
