BOSWELLIA / INGREDIENT RESEARCH

Repeated severe attacks of chronic cluster headache

Potential benefit studied: Investigated for reduced headache intensity and frequency

Supporting research

Four-person uncontrolled case series · Reviewed 9 September 2026

WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND

A published case series reported lower headache intensity and fewer attacks in people with chronic cluster headache who took boswellia.

WHO, WHAT & HOW LONG

The published case series followed four people with chronic cluster headache and disturbed sleep who received oral Boswellia serrata, identified as Sallaki H15. It was an open-label observation rather than a randomized treatment trial.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ROB’S CHOICE

The case series did not test Mobility's 100 mg Boswellia at 30% AKBA with moringa. It cannot establish headache or sleep benefits for this finished product, even if an ingredient is shared.

The doses above describe research, not personal dosing instructions. Ingredient studies do not diagnose symptoms or establish medical suitability. Discuss medicines, existing conditions and treatment decisions with an appropriate healthcare professional.
