WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND

A human study found that a lecithin-based boswellia preparation lowered IBS symptom scores and reduced the need for rescue medication over six months.

WHO, WHAT & HOW LONG

Sixty-nine participants completed six months of follow-up. Thirty-five received one daily tablet of Casperome, a lecithin-based Boswellia preparation, and 34 received standard management involving diet and symptom medicines when needed. The abstract does not specify tablet strength.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ROB’S CHOICE

Casperome has a particular delivery system that is not established for Mobility's 100 mg Boswellia at 30% AKBA. The study does not demonstrate digestive benefits for Mobility's Boswellia and moringa combination.

The doses above describe research, not personal dosing instructions. Ingredient studies do not diagnose symptoms or establish medical suitability. Discuss medicines, existing conditions and treatment decisions with an appropriate healthcare professional.
