WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND

Human trials found that boswellia changed selected inflammation markers, while laboratory research shows that boswellia compounds act on key inflammatory pathways.

WHO, WHAT & HOW LONG

Aflapin at 100 mg daily was studied for 30 days in 70 people with knee osteoarthritis. A separate 50-man exercise trial studied 60 mg daily of LI51202F1 for 10 days and measured recovery-related inflammation markers.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ROB’S CHOICE

The studies used specific extracts and clinical settings. Mobility's 100 mg Boswellia at 30% AKBA, combined with moringa, cannot be assumed to reproduce their marker changes or provide a general treatment for inflammation.

The doses above describe research, not personal dosing instructions. Ingredient studies do not diagnose symptoms or establish medical suitability. Discuss medicines, existing conditions and treatment decisions with an appropriate healthcare professional.
