WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND

A randomized human trial found that boswellia improved visuospatial memory in people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis.

WHO, WHAT & HOW LONG

Eighty people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis were randomized to Boswellia papyrifera at 300 mg twice daily or placebo for two months. The researchers assessed visual memory, verbal learning and processing speed before and after treatment.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ROB’S CHOICE

This trial used Boswellia papyrifera. Mobility's label information of 100 mg Boswellia at 30% AKBA does not establish a matching species, preparation or regimen, or memory benefits when combined with moringa.

The doses above describe research, not personal dosing instructions. Ingredient studies do not diagnose symptoms or establish medical suitability. Discuss medicines, existing conditions and treatment decisions with an appropriate healthcare professional.
