WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND

A human trial found that boswellia improved pain, stiffness and neck-related function, both alone and alongside curcumin.

WHO, WHAT & HOW LONG

The 2025 trial randomized 105 adults; 94 completed 28 days. Participants received 400 mg daily of enhanced full-spectrum Boswellia extract, a Boswellia and curcumin preparation, or placebo. The Boswellia-only preparation contained 9.3% AKBA.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ROB’S CHOICE

The tested formulation, amount and delivery system differ from Mobility's 100 mg Boswellia at 30% AKBA with moringa. The study provides a research lead for stiffness and pain, not evidence for this finished product.

The doses above describe research, not personal dosing instructions. Ingredient studies do not diagnose symptoms or establish medical suitability. Discuss medicines, existing conditions and treatment decisions with an appropriate healthcare professional.
