WHAT THE RESEARCH FOUND

Human studies found that boswellia gum resin improved ulcerative- and chronic-colitis symptoms and helped participants enter remission.

WHO, WHAT & HOW LONG

The ulcerative-colitis study tested gum resin at 350 mg three times daily for six weeks. A separate 30-person chronic-colitis study reported remission in 14 of 20 Boswellia recipients and four of 10 sulfasalazine recipients.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ROB’S CHOICE

These studies used gum-resin preparations rather than Mobility's listed 100 mg Boswellia at 30% AKBA with moringa. They do not establish remission, bowel healing, or symptom control with this finished formula.

The doses above describe research, not personal dosing instructions. Ingredient studies do not diagnose symptoms or establish medical suitability. Discuss medicines, existing conditions and treatment decisions with an appropriate healthcare professional.
